We ship throughout Denmark from our EU warehouse. We pack your pieces carefully and ship quickly — typically the same or next business day.

At Julie Copenhagen, we cover the shipping costs — on every order, throughout Denmark. You only pay for the pieces, not the shipping.

Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. or over the weekend are shipped the next business day.
During the peak season (November–December), processing time may be slightly longer. We will let you know if this affects your order.
Track & trace
You will receive a track & trace link by email as soon as the package has been shipped. You can follow the package all the way to the parcel shop or your door.
Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Greenland, and abroad
We currently only ship to Denmark. We are working on opening shipping to the rest of the Nordic countries — keep an eye on our newsletter.
If the package does not arrive
If the package has gone missing or is delayed, please contact us at info@Julie-copenhagen.com. We track the package and find a solution — either by sending a new one or issuing a refund.
Packaging
We pack in recycled paper packaging and use paper tape. No plastic, no unnecessary filler. The package can be returned directly in the same packaging.
