These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on Julie-copenhagen.com. By completing an order, you accept the terms below.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT. The prices applicable at the time you place your order apply. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and make price changes.

We accept payment via:

  • Dankort / Visa / Mastercard
  • MobilePay
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Klarna (invoice and instalment payments)

The amount will not be charged to your account until the item has been shipped.

3. Delivery

We deliver throughout Denmark. Delivery is handled by GLS or PostNord to a parcel shop or address of your choice.

  • Always free shipping — we cover the shipping costs
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

4. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. You may return the item without stating a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@Julie-copenhagen.com within the deadline. Read more on our returns page.

5. Complaints

You have a 24-month right to make a complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If the item is defective or does not correspond to its description, you may complain to us and have the defect remedied, have the item replaced, receive a refund, or receive a price reduction.

The complaint must be made within a reasonable period after you discovered the defect. Write to us at info@Julie-copenhagen.com with a description and, preferably, a photo.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Purchases from Julie Copenhagen are subject to Danish law. Any disputes will be settled by a Danish court.
