30-day easy returns
At julie copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple return process.
Return policy overview
- Return period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return the products.
- Condition: The items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
- Easy returns: Returning an item to us is simple, and our customer service team will provide you with full support.
Return costs
- For defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies if the wrong product was shipped, the product was damaged during transport or is otherwise defective.
- If the customer changes their mind: The actual return costs are the customer's responsibility. This applies, for example, if the customer ordered the wrong item, the item does not fit, or the customer simply does not wish to keep it. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
How to return a product
- Contact us: Send an e-mail to info@julie-copenhagen.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive instructions: We will send you a return authorisation and detailed step-by-step instructions.
- Secure your product: Pack your product securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, labels and documents.
- Return label: The customer must purchase the return label, print it and attach it to the package.
- Send the package: Send the package to the carrier specified in the e-mail.
Refund procedure
- Verification: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the product for compliance with the terms of our return policy.
- Refund: Once verified, we will process your refund. It may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Would you like to exchange a product for a different size, colour or model? No problem! Contact us, and we will help you quickly and easily.
Products that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products are exempt from exchanges or returns. These products are marked accordingly in the product description.
