Ordering
How quickly will you ship my order?
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. on weekdays are shipped the same day. All others are shipped the next business day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if the package has not yet been shipped. Write to us as soon as possible at info@Julie-copenhagen.com with your order number.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation by email immediately, followed by a separate shipping notification with track & trace when the package is on its way.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
2–4 business days throughout Denmark. During peak season, it may take an extra day or two.
How much does shipping cost?
Always free. We cover shipping on every order — regardless of size.
Do you ship abroad?
For now, only to Denmark. We are working on the Nordic countries — keep an eye on our newsletter.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I exchange the size?
Yes. Write to us and we'll take care of it. Technically, it is processed as a return + a new purchase, but we'll guide you through it.
How long is the right of withdrawal?
14 days from the day you receive the package. Read more on our returns page.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do — 39 DKK will be deducted from your refund. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will of course cover the shipping cost.
Sizes and Fit
How do I find the right size?
We provide measurements for each item under "Size & fit" on the product page. Tip: measure a piece of clothing you already own and like, and compare the measurements.
Do your clothes run large or small?
We state this openly on every product page. As a rule of thumb: our linen pieces have a slightly oversized fit, our knitwear fits normally, and our dresses follow the stated size.
Do you have plus sizes?
We carry sizes XS–XL in most pieces. We are continuously expanding our range — write to us if you are missing a size.
Garment Care
How do I wash linen?
30°C on a gentle cycle, turned inside out. Air-drying gives the best result. Linen wrinkles — it is part of the material.
Can viscose be tumble-dried?
No. Viscose stretches and loses its shape in the dryer. Hang it to dry on a hanger.
Should knitwear be hand-washed?
Preferably. If the washing machine is set to a wool cycle (short, cold, low spin), that can also work. Never put it in the dryer.
Materials and Production
Where are your clothes produced?
Primarily in Asia — we are open about that. We work with small manufacturers where the craftsmanship is strong. The country of production is stated in the description of each item.
Are your clothes sustainable?
We use natural materials where we can, and we are honest when something is not sustainable. We believe that a few pieces that last a long time are better than many pieces that end up in a landfill after one season.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (invoice and instalment payments).
When will I be charged?
Only when the item is shipped — not when you place the order.
Is it safe to shop with you?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and Shopify Payments — the same level of security as the largest online stores.
Other
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online store. This keeps prices lower and allows us to ship from a warehouse with faster processing.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet — they are coming soon. Follow our newsletter for updates.
